Tasks

This is a consultative sales role focused on embedding our off-grid and hybrid solar/battery systems into new builds, refurbishments, and bespoke residential projects. You’ll play a key role in growing strategic partnerships, managing direct-to-consumer (B2C) opportunities, and integrating OffGrid Pro solutions into early-stage project planning. -Track and manage leads through CRM, ensuring proactive follow-ups and pipeline forecasting -Build and maintain relationships with builders, architects, developers, and construction firms -Conduct face-to-face sales appointments with high-net-worth individuals (HNWIs) and homeowners for premium or bespoke installations -Negotiate and close deals, working with clients from concept to contract -Stay current on regulations, energy standards, and construction best practices related to renewables -Identify B2B and B2C project opportunities where OffGrid Pro solutions can add value (e.g., energy independence, sustainability goals, or planning constraints) -Represent OffGrid Pro at industry events, trade shows, and design expos -Deliver presentations, CPD-style briefings, and technical overviews tailored to professionals in construction and design -Collaborate with our technical team to develop project-specific proposals, layouts, and performance estimates

What You Bring

We are seeking a commercially driven Sales Account Manager to lead our engagement with builders, architects, property developers, and high-net-worth homeowners. -Confidence in delivering presentations and facilitating project discussions -Background in selling premium or bespoke home energy solutions -Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to communicate with both technical and creative stakeholders -Full UK driving licence (travel to client sites and face-to-face meetings required) -Experience with Victron or similar energy systems -Commercial acumen with a consultative sales approach -Understanding of solar PV and battery storage systems (training provided) -Existing network within the building or architecture sector -Proven B2B and B2C sales experience, ideally selling into the construction, M&E, or architectural sectors
