Tasks

-Wear Nikkiso approved PPE as needed and direct others to do the same as appropriate. -Contribute to the global pricing strategy for assigned product line -Develop the product portfolio for the assigned aftermarket product line -Contribute to the development of the Nikkiso CE&IG University aftermarket product management curriculum -Participate in other training as directed by the company or manager. -Promote Customer Focus throughout the organization. -Support QMS requirements in areas of responsibility for conformance with international requirements, as well as state and federal regulations. -Oversee the development and distribution of technical bulletins related to aftermarket product line -Coordinate product offering with equipment Product Company collaboration & information -Work closely with the NCS Marketing Manager to plan and execute product launches, including communication strategies and training materials -Reach with hands and arms, bend, stand on a stool or climb, and use fingers and hands to feel objects, tools, or controls. -Develop the training material and programs needed to increase the knowledge and competence of regional employees based on assigned aftermarket product line -Collaborate with NCS global sales, service centers, and distributors to understand all necessary information to grow market share -Responsible for product line profitability across the NCS global organization -Collaborate with Global Operations for implementation of processes and procedures related to execution and delivery of product line -Participate in technical seminars, customer events, and trade shows as deemed necessary by the Director of Product Management. -Collaborate with internal stakeholders to implement aftermarket product line offering across the global NCS organization -Develop and implement global business process of assigned aftermarket product line -Facilitate continuous improvement of assigned product line offering -Lift files and open desk drawers and filing cabinets. -Complete safety training requirements. -Plan and build product offerings based on market needs and customer requests -Assist in the development of NCS Marketing collateral including tools, presentations, brochures, articles, press releases, etc., related to the product range. -Use standard office equipment such as computers, smart phones, printers, photocopiers, etc. -Stand, walk, sit, talk, hear, type, and write. -Participate in defining requirements and facilitating research related to product line

What You Bring

-Presentation and written communication skills -Ability to develop tools, presentation, brochures, articles, press releases, etc. -Some domestic and international travel may be required. -Knowledge of the NCE&IG Group’s products is preferred. -Influence and negotiation skills -Interpersonal, collaboration, and relationship building skills -Technical experience with industrial equipment preferred. -Experience in product companies or service companies is required. -Knowledge of sales processes -Ability to develop training materials -Bachelor’s degree or higher, preferably in business administration, marketing, or related field. -Judgment and problem solving -Ability to drive a vehicle and travel globally. -Continuous improvement and innovation mindset -Technical and business acumen -Critical thinking -5+ years of experience in international manufacturing or aftermarket company.
