-Assist customers with all questions and concerns in a timely and professional manner. -Inspect customer systems -Participation in an on-call rotation for Emergency Service. -Performs inspections of Suppression Gas Systems based on contract requirements.

What You Bring

-Excellent communication and organizational skills -Outstanding Customer facing service and problem-solving skills -RMEI and preferred Multi License -Valid US driver’s license -2+ years of experience -Use of Smart Phone and Equipment -PC Skills including Microsoft Windows, Excel, Word, and Outlook -Any Manufacturer certifications is a plus; ANSUL, Kiddie PyroChem
