Develop and execute HR strategies, advise execs, and support construction workforce.

Tasks

-Implement programs based on business needs -Is a change agent for implementing new HR programs, processes and/or initiatives -Set strategy and execute -Acts as liaison between division and HR functional areas. -Consults and provides insights to leaders -Provide executive level consultation to the Black and Veatch Construction business area. -Work collaboratively across parts of BV executive leadership and other COEs -Provide employee relations support for the Construction organization, -Provide executive level HR consultation by driving solutions for business needs -Creating and driving strategic programs -Cultivates a partnering relationship with executive level leadership -Identifies, plans, executes critical HR goals -Develop and Execute Human Resources (HR) Strategies to support leadership in achievement of business objectives

What You Bring

-Bachelor’s degree in business-related field; Human Resources preferred; -Ability to manage several projects of functional areas concurrently -8+ years progressive HR and/or Staffing experience -Experience with supporting and coaching exceutive level leadership -Strong long-term conceptual planning ability Business acumen and ability to understand business metrics and financials -Experience developing and implementing HR procedures that drive solutions for the business -Culture Assessment and development -Excellent problem-solving skills (identify, analyze, research, evaluate, resolve) -All applicants must be able to complete pre-employment onboarding requirements (if selected) which may include any/all of the following: criminal/civil background check, drug screen, and motor vehicle records search, in compliance with any applicable laws and regulations. -Strong knowledge of HR programs, policies and procedures understanding of Human Resource Information System(s) -Master’s degree preferred -Workforce planning experience required.
