- Directs the work of General Fabricators assigned to the team by the Fabrication Department Manager.

- Ability to complete own work with little to no supervision.

- Ability to adjust to the working environment of the paint department including temperatures.
- Demonstrates ability to make timely and appropriate decisions based on standards to prevent production down time due to machine outages.

- Certifications / Licenses: May drive a forklift as needed but is not required for job. Employees who drive a forklift are required to hold a valid driver’s license and satisfactorily complete  fork Lift training
- Relative Work Experience: 1-3 years relative work experience preferred. One year paint room experience preferred.
- Capability to follow established procedures and ensure accuracy in documentation and data; concentrate on routine work details amid periodic interruptions.
- Ability to use precision measuring devices.
- Ability to read prints.
- Education: High school diploma or GED required.
