Tasks

-Conduct detailed electrical system optimisation for water treatment projects. -Provide technical oversight during the bidding process, including evaluation and assessment of proposed electrical systems. -Propose technical improvements to enhance bid competitiveness and feasibility. -Supervise and guide assigned team members, ensuring high-quality deliverables. -Prepare and contribute to client proposals, presentations, and bid defences. -Monitor detailed electrical engineering progress through to project completion. -Support the bidding team in standardisation tasks and contribute to consistent technical approaches. -Maintain accurate documentation throughout bid and project phases. -Lead the review of detailed electrical engineering requirements for water treatment and desalination plant designs. -Review technical documentation post-purchase and ensure compliance with project specifications. -Coordinate with cross-functional teams to enhance collaboration and improve bid quality. -Extract and communicate key technical information from bid documents. -Prepare electrical equipment data sheets and perform technical tabulations for desalination plant components. -Build and maintain strong relationships with vendors and subcontractors.

What You Bring

-Demonstrated involvement in major tenders within South Australia. -Strong understanding of electrical systems design, optimisation, and equipment specification. -Familiarity with bidding processes, technical documentation, and vendor engagement. -Proven experience as an Electrical Engineer or Senior Electrical Engineer in water infrastructure projects. -Excellent coordination and communication skills, with the ability to work across multiple disciplines.
