Overview

Lead design delivery for 11kV‑132kV distribution networks and manage the design team.

Tasks

-Plan workloads to match customer requirements -Set and manage safety, commercial, and operational targets -Support and grow your design team to meet project needs -Build and maintain strong relationships with UKPN -Lead design delivery using internal and external teams -Prepare design programmes and cost forecasts -Track progress against internal and client goals -Own the commercial performance of design projects

What You Bring

-Familiarity with ISO9001, ISO14001, and OHSAS 18001 standards -Experience leading teams in engineering, utilities, or DNO environments -Chartered Engineer status (or equivalent experience) -Knowledge of protection/control schemes for 11kV-132kV networks -Confident in design management and commercial decision-making -Strong people management and motivational skills -Solid understanding of CDM Regulations and the Designer’s role
