Tasks
-Maintaining gas card receipts -Assist with new hire and on-boarding procedures and documentation -Ordering and stocking supplies as needed for office -Handle incoming mail -Pull prints and work orders. -Handling Cintas orders and Inspections -Maintain good public relations (interact with the public in a courteous manner) -Assisting with purchase orders -Duties outlined in this position will require the employee to stand, crouch, sit, bend, use hands and fingers to handle or feel as well as reaching with hands and arms to spaces both high and low. The employee may be standing, walking, climbing, balancing, crawling, crouching, lifting, holding or stooping -This position assumes all clerical tasks to accurately maintain and report items as required by local operations and corporate -Interfacing with vendors -Maintaining organized records at the operations office. -Keep appropriate documentation (time cards, job cost, etc.) -Handle JHA review and upload processes. -May assist Human Resources with basic new hire and on-boarding processes. -Act as point of contact for corporate and local operations management to ensure all processes are being completed accurately and timely.

What You Bring
-811 Ticket Experience -Basic ability to use standard office equipment (printer, fax, computer, scanner) -Must possess, or obtain upon employment, a valid driver’s license. -Must be able to effectively communicate with team and maintain positive attitude. -General office experience including filing, data entry and the ability to -Must be able to pass a background check and company drug screening. -Blue stake experience preferred but not required -Must possess excellent communication skills with both internal and external customers. -Employees performing these job functions may be required to lift or move up to 10 pounds and frequently lift or move up to 50 pounds. -To be 18 years of age or older -Must be able to manage standard office duties such as answering phone calls and returning messages and greeting customers. -May be cross-trained on operations permit process -Must be able to attend and pass all company required training as needed. -Must have reliable transportation -Specific vision abilities required to perform this job include but are not limited to: close vision, distance vision, color vision, peripheral vision, depth perception and the ability to adjust focus potentially near and/or far as needed. -Authorization to work in the United States for this company
