Tasks

-Manage and track all order reporting data. -Own order management process from pre-order through delivery while delivering exceptional customer-centric experiences to internal partners and external customers. -Manage all communications to internal departments and external clients to ensure order accuracy, timely delivery, and client satisfaction. -Partner with Sales Consultant, Client Services, and Technical Support Team to resolve client issues in timely manner and to client's satisfaction. -Support the Showroom Sales Consultants in the sales efforts with pre-sale activities like quotes/order entry, sample requests, and processing and collecting payments.

What You Bring

-Proficient in Microsoft Office. -Excellent verbal and written communication. -2+ years administrative or project management experience. -Strong organizational skills. -Art/Interior design or luxury retail/service experience preferred.
