Description

  • Uploading the documents for new drivers & vehicles recruit.
  • Ensure hygiene of vehicle interiors.
  • Managing the vehicle allocation through Falcon Tool.
  • Maintaining attendance for drivers & vehicles.
  • Preparing & sharing monthly Transport MIS and ensuring its accuracy with the stipulated timelines.
  • Conduct Regular briefing/de-briefing on transport norms & Falcon Tool.
  • Ensure Vendor / Operational and Management reports are submitted and shared on daily basis (OTA/OTD/Cancel/No show).
  • Responsible for Transport Helpdesk Calls, Mails on daily basis.
  • Regular interaction with the employees for improvement in transport services and handle employee escalations.
  • Ensuring Grooming standards are adhered by all transport vendor staffs.
  • Preparing Monthly Management Report for client submission.
  • Overall in charge of daily transport operations.
  • Ensure MIS is reviewed & approved by the client.
  • Control and monitoring are exercised during regular employee pickups and drops, airport transfers, other adhoc requirements (work from home assets, etc.).
  • Ensure employees receive SMS 3 hrs prior to login and 1 hr prior to logout.
  • Checking of parameters like Geocodes, geo fence, routes etc.
  • Maintaining delay penalty tracker.
  • Inspect vehicles for safety and conformance.
  • Ensure timely invoice generation, accuracy in checking & release of vendor payments as per agreed terms.
  • Support business needs in accordance with the SOW, Service Levels and Key Performance Indicators.
  • Monitoring the vehicles in coordination with the vendor for any minor/major incidents during transit.
  • Achieve timely and efficient delivery of Facility Management services to Client.
  • Ensure the safety of the customer during transit.
  • To ensure that the process as laid down is followed.
  • Coordinating with employees for new enrolment & changes for existing employees (like change in address, etc.) on Flacon Tool for them to avail transport facility.
  • Validation of KM's run by each vehicle on daily basis.
