Tasks

-Lead the preparation and review of quarterly and annual tax provisions under ASC 740. -Support internal and external audits related to tax accounting matters. -Analyze tax impacts of business transactions and provide guidance to finance and business units. -Maintain strong internal controls and ensure SOX compliance for tax-related processes. -Drive process improvements and automation in tax reporting and compliance. -Ensure accurate and timely reporting of income taxes in financial statements and SEC filings. -Manage global tax reporting processes and coordinate with regional tax teams and external advisors. -Monitor changes in tax laws and accounting standards, assessing their impact on the company. -Collaborate with corporate finance, legal, and treasury teams on cross-functional initiatives.

What You Bring

-Hands-on experience with OneStream for financial consolidation and reporting -Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field; CPA or Master’s in Tax preferred. -Strong knowledge of U.S. GAAP, ASC 740, and international tax principles. -High competency with Microsoft Excel -Ability to manage multiple priorities and work effectively in a fast-paced environment. -Familiarity with tax compliance in multiple jurisdictions -Minimum 8 years of relevant experience in tax accounting, preferably in a multinational corporation or Big Four firm. -Proficiency in OneSource Tax Provision for tax provision and compliance processes -Proven ability to lead cross-functional projects and mentor junior staff
