Tasks

You’re not just a designer; you’re a creative strategist and trusted advisor, leading projects from the first sketch to the final build. Working closely with our Business Development and Construction teams, you’ll bring ideas to life and show clients the true value of great design. Design with purpose: Create, refresh, and transform workplaces that balance function, beauty, and innovation — from concept to completion. -Collaborate and connect: Work hand-in-hand with Business Development and Construction to deliver seamless project experiences. -Drive innovation: Contribute to our evolving design approach and help shape the creative DNA of Unispace. -Deliver with excellence: Oversee detailed construction documentation, maintain design standards, and ensure compliance with local codes. -Lead and mentor: Guide project teams and nurture the next generation of designers, ensuring exceptional design quality. -Build lasting relationships: Partner with clients to understand their culture and needs, delivering designs that exceed expectations.

What You Bring

-Fluent in Revit and Adobe Creative Suite, with strong technical and detailing expertise. -Organized and proactive — you balance big-picture thinking with on-time, on-budget delivery. -A collaborative communicator who thrives in multidisciplinary environments. -Confident in client-facing roles, from pitching concepts to building long-term partnerships. -A creative leader with 15+ years’ experience in interior design, especially across corporate interiors (law, finance, entertainment, marketing, etc.).
