Collaborate with Digital & IT Business Partners and business leaders to deeply understand the Defence business strategy.
Develop a multi-year Digital capability roadmap aligned to business priorities and outcomes to enable the strategy, financial and operational goals to be met.
Establish and lead governance arrangements to ensure that the enterprise architecture delivers the desired business outcomes and benefits to Defence.
Develop a mid- to long-term view of the capability landscape required by the business
Collaborate with vendors and industry leaders to identify strategic and innovative uses of technology to address business challenges/opportunities and close capability gaps in Defence.
Establish roadmaps that are focused on reducing risk, technical debt, total cost of ownership whilst increasing overall business value delivered to Defence.

A JD/PhD with 3+ years of experience in Enterprise Architecture, to include Data, Infrastructure, Applications and Process
Prior experience working with board level stakeholders and building relationships at all levels
Understand and articulate evolving business priorities and technology capabilities; drive innovation, concept assessments, industry benchmarking analysis, risk analysis, business case development and approval for technologies that could benefit Defence.
Proven track record of successfully leading and delivering large-scale IT and digital transformation projects
An Assoicate's Degree with 10+ years of experience in Enterprise Architecture or IT or digital solutions
Demonstrated ability to collaborate with business and technical stakeholders
A Bachelor’s degree with 8+ years of experience in Enterprise Architecture or IT or digital solutions OR;
