Ensuring HVAC engineering execution within the budget / on time / meeting the quality set for the project and to the satisfaction of all the stake holders
Planning / guiding a team of Revit modellers in developing BIM model meeting LOD 100 to 350 requirements during various phases of the projects.
Providing clarification to request for information from site during construction.
Techno commercial evaluation of various options and recommending / finalizing the option to be adopted for the project
Providing information for & Attending Project review meeting / Internal review meetings / Management review meetings
Preparation of HVAC engineering effort estimation
Coordination with various stake holders like Client / various internal disciplines like projects / electrical / mechanical / architect / civil / vendors for effective engineering management
Preparation of Heat load calculations using software like HAPs
Preparation of HVAC equipment list including electrical load requirements
Preparation of site works tender
Preparation of Air flow diagram, Chilled water schematic diagram
Reviewing the model / ensuring quality control on the model / guiding the modellers in extracting layouts from the 3D model like HVAC equipment layout / ducting layouts
Preparation of TCO for equipment
Preparation of Design Basis Report & Room Book
Visiting sites for residual engineering / resolving site queries
Providing Management Information for the HVAC engineering part of the project
Conceptualization, preparation of various options meeting minimum the Tier-III plus standard.
Selection of equipment like CRAC units / AHUs
Preparation of Data sheets / Specifications/SOO & Material Requisition for the various HVAC equipment including BMS
Procurement assistance like providing technical clarifications, participating pre bid / post bid meeting / technical bid analysis / preparation or order specification
