Manage office operations, admin, finance, and support engineering team for a busy drainage business.

Tasks

-Planning and scheduling works to be completed -Maintain company records, policies, and documentation to comply with ISO or industry standards -Role involves some on-call work (managing the phone some weekdays between 5 and 7pm and some weekends) -Day-to-day management of the office -Liaising with Engineers -Assist with maintaining compliance documentation for audits -Manage supplier accounts and assist with procurement of materials -Support with purchase orders, invoices, and expense reconciliation -Monitor project progress and ensure adherence to deadlines -Coordinate internal communications, ensuring information flows effectively between office and site teams -Processing quotations -Provide support to team members -Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop project plans and timelines -Assisting with organising vehicle repairs and maintenance -Implement and maintain administrative systems to support site operations and project delivery

-Skilled at working within a fast-paced operational environment -Confident and positive character, able to motivate a team -Ability to write detailed reports and documentation -Multi-tasking ability -Able to build lasting working relationships across the board - within the Franchise and wider business -Proven office management experience within a technical/similar environment -Willingness to complete SSSTS course, and possibly SMSTS -Strong problem-solving skills -Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
