Tasks
-Coordinate and schedule project meetings to ensure effective communication. -Participate in creating and maintaining project documentation. -Address and resolve project-related issues promptly. -Assist in developing project plans, schedules, and budgets. -Act as a liaison between stakeholders, subcontractors, and the project team. -Monitor and report on risk factors throughout the project lifecycle. -Track and manage buyout schedules, submittals, and long-lead items. -Support the project manager in monitoring project budgets. -Identify and assess potential risks during project execution. -Work with the quality assurance team to address any issues. -Monitor timelines and milestones, addressing potential delays. -Track expenses and provide regular budget updates. -Assist in inspections to ensure compliance with specifications. -Contribute to the implementation and monitoring of quality control measures. -Collaborate with the project manager to develop risk mitigation strategies. -Collaborate with the project team to ensure timely project delivery. -Assist in cost estimation and analysis. -Ensure buyout coverage aligns with project plans and specifications within budget. -Collaborate with the project manager to define project scope and objectives. -Assist in developing and maintaining project schedules.

What You Bring
-8+ years of experience in multifamily construction without a certification or degree. -Proficient in effective communication and teamwork. -Demonstrates exceptional attention to detail and organizational abilities. -Strong knowledge of construction methods, materials, and engineering principles. -Proficiency in AutoCAD, project management software, and Microsoft Office Suite. -Fluent in English, with strong reading, speaking, and writing skills. -On-Site Requirement: This position requires physical presence at the project site in Gresham, OR, during office hours. -Degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or a related field preferred. -4+ years of experience in multifamily construction with a certification or degree. -Proficient in Microsoft Office applications, including Excel, Word, and Outlook.
