Manage and mentor field plumbing/HVAC technicians, ensure standards, handle admin tasks.

Tasks

-Identify areas of improvement in existing processes. -Provide equipment replacement quotes. -Monitor performance proactively by field visits, customer contact, report analysis, and reaction to feedback -Ensure business standards are achieved and maintained by all technicians in the repair and installation process. -Maintain thorough knowledge of all relevant Colorado codes and regulations governing the installation and repair of water heaters. -Interview and hire new technicians as needed. -Ensure adequate technician field coverage for a seven-day, 365-day operation of service and installations. -Interact with the Field Training Manager for course needs and the development of technicians. -Respond to all customer complaints and inquiries in a timely manner. -Spend 50% of time in the field motivating technicians, enhancing customer service skills, and improving technician skills.

What You Bring

-Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite. -Strong technical aptitude with demonstrated experience using Salesforce, iOS devices, and diverse billing/CRM systems. -Minimum of 5 years’ field management experience -Excellent communication, writing, and verbal skills -Available to occasionally be on call during weekends on a rotating schedule -Ability to collaborate well with various teams, including office and field staff -Master Plumber License and experience with residential plumbing -Understand and follow the union collective bargaining agreement where it applies. -Ability to multitask effectively on a regular basis.
