Tasks

-Commission reports and technical information with external consultants and follow up to ensure timely delivery. -Complete all allocated drafting tasks within agreed deadlines, proactively resolving drafting matters with your manager. -Liaise with the team to ensure designs meet compliance, functionality, and aesthetic standards. -Contribute to continuous improvement by recommending innovative building methods or materials for cost or quality advantages.

What You Bring

-Advanced ArchiCAD skills with demonstrated experience in residential drafting. -Strong attention to detail and a high level of accuracy in preparing construction documentation. -Proven ability to work independently and within a team to meet deadlines and resolve technical issues. -Masters experience highly regarded. -Tertiary qualifications in Drafting and/or Design highly regarded. -At least 5 years’ experience in the residential housing and construction industry.
