Tasks

-Prepare legal packages for attorneys -Facilitate manager requests regarding delinquent accounts -Respond to requests from across the organization sent to the Delinquency email box -Monthly audits of pre-liens and billing charges -Research homeowner ledger history to resolve various issues -Collaborate with attorneys on collections, provide ledgers, add legal fees -Continuous follow up on items in progress until completion -Prepare payment plans -Process checks received for delinquent accounts -Monitor and maintain association collection policies -Monitor and update tracking worksheet for each delinquent homeowner account

What You Bring

-Strong computer skills with proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and Google Workspace. -Previous experience in an administrative role or office management is preferred. -Time management skills are crucial for meeting deadlines in a busy environment. -Strong analytical skills with attention to detail -Ability to follow instructions and pre-established guidelines -Aptitude for working with numbers -Ability to work on location -Excellent organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
