CSA QA/QC Engineer

Tasks

The successful candidate will work closely with the CSA Construction Manager, Project Manager, and Quality Team to develop and implement quality control procedures, ensuring that all construction activities meet project requirements and client expectations. -Carry out site inspections and audits to verify compliance and issue non-conformance reports (NCRs) where required. -Manage and maintain accurate records of inspections, tests, certifications, and other quality-related documentation. -Monitor and inspect Civil, Structural, and Architectural (CSA) works to ensure compliance with project specifications, drawings, standards, and regulations. -Work with a market leader in the Data centre Construction industry -Participate in project handover activities, ensuring completion of quality dossiers, O&M manuals, and final QA/QC documentation. -Review and verify method statements, inspection & test plans (ITPs), and quality documentation submitted by subcontractors. -Collaborate with design teams, project engineers, and subcontractors to ensure timely close-out of quality-related matters. -Ensure materials and workmanship are inspected, tested, and documented in line with specifications and standards. -Develop, implement, and maintain project-specific Quality Assurance (QA) and Quality Control (QC) procedures for CSA works. -Promote a strong culture of quality, health, safety, and compliance across all CSA works -Support the CSA team in resolving quality issues, providing technical advice, and ensuring corrective actions are implemented. -Contribute to performance monitoring and reporting by updating project quality records and supporting regular reporting cycles.

What You Bring

-Excellent attention to detail, organisational skills, and ability to produce accurate documentation. -Strong understanding of CSA construction methods, standards, and regulatory requirements. -Experience in developing and implementing QA/QC procedures and managing inspections and test plans. -Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage effectively with internal teams and subcontractors. -Relevant Engineering or Construction degree qualification (Civil/Structural/Architectural discipline preferred). -Proven experience as a QA/QC Engineer in large-scale construction projects, ideally within the data centre, industrial, or technology sectors. -Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced, technical, and deadline-driven environment
