Tasks

-Maintain up to date contractor/supplier log -Ensure all documents are properly executed -Ensure all contract related documents are stored according to department and project procedures -Prepare and distribute contracts to subcontractors and suppliers for company projects -Monitor contract changes -Maintain contact with subcontractors and suppliers for outstanding contracts and insurance -Meet required contract deadlines -Maintain on-going communication with Subcontractors, Suppliers and Project Managers -Ensure all changes meet company and project specifications

What You Bring

Yonkers Contracting Company has an opportunity for and experienced Civil Construction Contracts Administrator to join our team. The successful candidate must have a minimum of 2 years of contract administration experience with complex, multi-phase, multi-million- dollar design and construction projects. -Competent in Microsoft Word and Excel -Previous contract administration experience -Strong organizational abilities -Possess good customer service skills -General understanding of civil construction -Ability to establish and maintain effective working relationships with purchasing team, subcontractors. and suppliers
