Support planning and fulfillment, monitor suppliers, improve delivery and inventory.

Tasks

-Tracks goods received at the warehouse to verify appropriate delivery. -Monitors suppliers’ order acknowledgments and dispatch advice, along with the inbound processes. -Monitors the purchase orders backlog and performs regular expending activities with internal (feeder factories) and external suppliers to ensure customer on-time delivery. -Minimizes the late backlog by proactively identifying root causes and implementing recovery plans. -Handles urgent situations to ensure timely deliveries. -Monitors supplier performances, including on-time delivery, quality, lead time, reverse logistics, and planning parameters, conducts periodical performance reviews, and resolves related issues.

What You Bring

-You have a minimum of 2 years of experience in Supply Chain. -You are well versed in SAP. -You are comfortable working with Excel. -Professional fluency in French and English (spoken and written). French is required; English is essential for communicating with clients outside Québec.
