Tasks

-Plan, conduct, report, and follow up audits, ensuring compliance and identifying areas for improvement. -Monitor and enforce adherence to quality standards, codes, and regulations across all construction projects. -Investigate quality issues and determine root causes, collaborating with project teams to implement corrective and preventive actions. -Drive continuous improvement by analysing performance data, incorporating feedback, and applying best practices to enhance project outcomes. -Conduct inspections and testing to identify defects, deviations, or improvement opportunities. -Champion quality within the team, promoting a culture of quality and continuous improvement aligned with organisational goals. -Develop and implement quality assurance procedures to assess materials, workmanship, and construction techniques.

What You Bring

-Strong communication and collaboration skills to engage with project teams and stakeholders effectively. -Problem-solving and continuous improvement mindset, including root cause analysis and implementing corrective actions. -Ability to conduct audits, inspections, and data analysis using appropriate tools and techniques. -Knowledge of Quality Management Systems (QMS) and compliance obligations. -Experience in the construction industry, particularly supporting large infrastructure projects.
