Tasks
-Conduct research on real estate properties, develop written and financial models and analyses, and prepare preliminary draft of work products. -Support the preparation of proposals by assisting with scope definition, fee estimates, and timelines for client engagements. -Supervise valuation analysts by reviewing draft reports and ensuring all deliverables meet internal quality standards and industry best practices. -Provide general support for other RTG engagements/initiatives including reviewing client’s portfolio of lease arrangements and providing feedback on process improvement opportunities, advisory services, and business development efforts. -Serve in a limited engagement management role including client interaction and relationship management support. -Manage project workflows by tracking deadlines, coordinating schedules, and ensuring timely completion of all valuation assignments.

What You Bring
-Client / Project Work – 85% -General Real Estate Appraiser license is required. -Consulting/advisory experience is preferred. -Problem solver -Excellent analytical and quantitative skills -Previous experience with MS Excel, MS Word, CoStar (or similar market data platforms), ARGUS DCF/Rockport VAL, ValCRE, and related software platforms. -Detail oriented -Ability to work both independently and within a professional team environment -Able to accept constructive criticism -Overnight travel may be required (5-10 % of the time). -Previous experience in healthcare and/or real estate industries, consulting, and appraisal / valuation is preferred. -Timely decision-maker -Strong communicator -Excellent people and writing skills -Undergraduate or Graduate Degree in Business Administration, Accounting, Finance, Real Estate, Healthcare, or related field is required. -Minimum 5 years of direct professional work experience is required.
