Tasks

-Assist in negotiations with vendors to secure optimal pricing and contractual terms. -Analyze supplier performance, lead times, and costs to drive efficiency and cost savings. -Support the development and execution of procurement strategies for solar tracker components and services in KSA. -Ensure compliance with Saudi procurement laws, customs regulations, and Nextracker’s global sourcing policies. -Prepare procurement reports, KPIs, and cost analysis for management. -Conduct market research to identify new suppliers and mitigate supply chain risks. -Coordinate with engineering, project management, and logistics teams to ensure material availability. -Manage vendor qualification, onboarding, and compliance with Nextracker’s quality and sustainability standards.

What You Bring

-Ability to work in a fast-paced, multicultural environment. -Data-driven approach with ability to identify process improvements. -Understanding of logistics and customs clearance in the Middle East. -Excellent communication and negotiation skills (Arabic and English). -Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain, Business Administration, Engineering, or a related field. -Experience with renewable energy or solar industry supply chains. -Knowledge of local procurement regulations in KSA and international trade practices. -Strong analytical and Excel/ERP skills (SAP/Oracle or equivalent preferred). -3–5 years of procurement/supply chain experience, preferably in renewable energy, construction, or industrial sectors.
