Tasks

-Organize customer training sessions to empower customers to be self-sufficient. -Assisting clients with technical queries and support requests related to renewable energy monitoring systems; -Reading, understanding, and editing electrical CAD drawings for renewable energy projects. -Act as direct point of contact with client for all operational projects and the internal customer advocate. -Act as subject matter expert regarding the company hardware devices, software tools, functionality, and customization capabilities. -Deliver excellent customer service that ensures ongoing sales and high levels of customer satisfaction. -Create specific tools and automation processes, enabling us to deliver intelligently and uphold our position as industry leaders. -Use company literature and available training resources to stay up to date on product/service features and to provide internal trainings to less experienced colleagues. -Provide prompt responses to customer requests promptly via phone calls, video conferences, and email. -Successfully deliver On-site Solutions (SCADA and PPC) projects, while ensuring adherence to scope, schedule, and budget constraints. -Work with customers to determine their needs and then recommend the right product to solve the customer’s problem.

What You Bring

-Proficient in networking (IP, Ethernet, FO, Routing, LAN) and Industrial Communication Protocols (ModBus, DNP3, IEC104, OPC); -Working knowledge of prevalent North American inverter and wind turbine brands; -Understanding of SCADA and Data Acquisition Systems solutions;
