Overview
Manage project controls, cost, schedule, and reporting for large K-12 construction projects.

Tasks
-Maintain liaison with client and other consultants at all projects stages. -Develop, monitor and update owners Project Integrated Master Schedule (IMS). -Assess impacts to the critical path and near-critical activities and report to the project team. -Report milestones planned value and earned value data, % complete on projects and provide project commentaries. -Conduct schedule resource loading and leveling. -Actively work with project managers and construction firms to maintain schedule integrity. -Consolidate contractors schedule to incorporate into IMS. -Track and review change orders with project management and cost management team. -Implement best practices and reporting trends both internally and externally. -Interface with project stakeholders as a trusted advisor to provide guidance and recommendations for the project. -Prepare baseline schedules and schedule basis documents for approval by project teams. -Summarize project performance metrics and provide specialized direction and recommendation to project teams and management for the resolution of diverse project controls issues. -Facilitate interactive planning sessions and quantitative risk assessments when required. -Attend project status meetings report on major material status; update forecast and schedule per progress discussion. -Produce monthly reports for management. -Review schedules with project team members on a regular basis to ensure that accurate and timely data is incorporated in the schedule. -Monitor schedule deviations and variances and assist in the developing of alternative methods for corrective action. -Progress each project every month to ensure all projects are monitored for project controls in line with the monthly reporting cycle, checking accuracy and consistency of data. -Maintain record of scope changes, trends and variances that potentially affect performance.

What You Bring
-Experience working on large sized, complex construction projects. -Good knowledge of construction industry technical matters, such as different procurement routes, value management and value engineering. -Self-Motivated and proactive. -Advanced skills with spreadsheets, report writing and presentations. -College degree; ideally in construction, cost management, quantity surveying, engineering or related. -P6 scheduling knowledge preferred. -Experience working in a cost focused construction project controls role. -Requires a detailed knowledge of industry standards and methods. -High proficiency in Microsoft Office and Google Suite of applications. -Demonstrates a high level of self-organization, coordination and planning. -Experience with cloud-based software. -Must have strong and professional English oral and written communication skills. -Skilled in the use of industry accepted applications for cost, planning and progress measurement. -Experience with cost loaded schedules. -Good organization skills, ability to multi-task, be a team player and integrate easily with others. -Full passport with no geographical limitation.
