Tasks

-Coordinate with civil, MEP/utilities, and other design teams to ensure integrated planning solutions. -Prepare reports, technical memos, and presentations on transport planning solutions. -Ensure compliance with Saudi traffic codes, urban planning regulations, and international best practices. -Conduct traffic and transport studies, including traffic counts, surveys, and modeling. -Perform traffic impact assessments, capacity analyses, and safety audits. -Support project management in reviewing designs, mitigating traffic risks, and implementing traffic management strategies. -Provide guidance to junior traffic and transport engineers on planning and analysis techniques. -Assist in planning and designing road networks, intersections, pedestrian pathways, and cycling infrastructure.

What You Bring

-Proficiency in traffic and transport modeling software (Synchro, VISSIM, SIDRA, AutoCAD, Civil 3D, or equivalent). -Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering, Transportation Engineering, or related field; Master’s degree preferred. -Experience on large-scale land development or urban infrastructure projects in GCC countries, preferably Saudi Arabia. -Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills. -10+ years of experience in traffic engineering, transport planning, or roadway design. -Knowledge of Saudi traffic regulations, road design standards, and sustainable mobility planning.
