Tasks

-Design, develop, and implement AI applications aligned with NOCN’s product strategy. -Build scalable, user-centric AI solutions and APIs for real-time interaction. -Ensure ethical AI practices, including bias mitigation and compliance. -Collaborate with developers, architects, and subject experts across digital transformation projects. -Implement MLOps workflows for model deployment, monitoring, and retraining. -Engineer and optimise prompts for Large Language Models and fine-tune transformer-based models. -Prototype and deliver MVPs using Python, data science, and generative AI frameworks.

What You Bring

We’re seeking an AI Application Developer to design, prototype, and deliver high-quality AI applications that shape NOCN’s future. You’ll work within an agile team, experimenting with new technologies and applying best practices in AI development, MLOps, and ethical AI -Experience building and deploying generative AI applications (e.g. using OpenAI APIs). -Skilled in Python and familiar with frameworks such as TensorFlow, PyTorch, or LangChain. -Strong understanding of prompt engineering, API design, and Agile development. -Knowledge of cloud technologies and MLOps pipelines.
