Tasks
-Providing additional support to the Purchase Ledger Manager as needed. -Managing supplier expectations regarding invoices and payments. -Collaborating with internal teams to resolve any delays or queries. -Supporting team collaboration to ensure deadlines are met. -Overseeing key supplier accounts (Senior Clerk will take the lead). -Processing invoices within KPIs. -Monthly reconciliation of supplier statements.

What You Bring
-Skills: Proficient in Microsoft Excel, Word, PowerPoint, and Teams. Strong organisational skills with the ability to prioritise tasks effectively. Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written. -Minimum qualifications: GCSEs or equivalent in Maths & English. -Experience: Minimum of 1 year in an accounts department, preferably within purchase ledger.
