Accounts Receivable Specialist (Part-Time 20 hours/week)

Overview

Part-time specialist handling invoicing, contracts, and payment reconciliation.

Key Responsibilities

Tasks

-Process and track contracts, job numbers, and project invoices (AIA experience a plus) -Coordinate with Project Managers for billing milestones and payment status -Manage AR documentation, lien waivers, COIs, and financial entries -Reconcile payments and support audits -Communicate with customers regarding payments and assist with resolution -Answer main phone line and direct calls as needed

What You Bring

-Meaningful Work in the Renewable Energy Industry -Detail-oriented with excellent communication and organizational skills -3 years of AR or administrative experience; 1 year with Epicor preferred -Associate degree in Business, Accounting, or related field -Strong Excel and Microsoft Office skills; experience with Procore or Salesforce a plus
