What You Bring

We have a vacancy for an undergraduate student to join the Supply Chain team in the role of Logistics Coordinator for approximately 12 months commencing Summer 2026. Ability to build strong networks within internal and external stakeholders. Ability to work closely with all internal departments You will be trained and gain experience in working with several key business systems to provide support within a fast-paced Supply Chain environment. You will be fully involved within the Logistic team and help to arrange movements of Innospec orders domestically and internationally and help resolve any supply chain issues that arise. Be able to manage multiple concurrent tasks and prioritise by importance. A curious, analytical mind and a knack for simplifying complex processes. Excellent communication skills Strong attention to detail You will gain knowledge of moving dangerous goods materials, speak in detail to Shipping Lines and Freight Forwarders to book vessel space / book haulage and learn all about Import and Export procedures. Numerate and PC literate: Strong Excel skills in particular.
