Tasks

-Handle homeowner's questions and objections -Contact homeowners to follow up on initial interaction -Deliver scripted pitch to the homeowners -Obtain homeowners information including names and addresses phone numbers etc. -Answer telephone calls from potential homeowners who are responding to advertisements -Update lead information and maintaining reports -Input homeowners’ information and important details of conversation -Input appointment details into the computer system -Adjust scripted pitch to meet needs of specific homeowners -Confirm appointments placed with canvassers or sales representative -Receive appointments over the telephone -Issue appointments for reps to meet prospective homeowners
