Tasks

-Maintain awareness and adherence to SIL-4 safety standards. -Handling RDSO customer inspections and documentation. -Document test procedures and generate detailed reports. -Ensure compliance with internal and local EHS (Environment, Health & Safety) standards. -Collaborate with cross functional teams for root cause analysis and corrective actions. -Analyse test results to identify defects, deviations from specifications, and potential manufacturing issues. -Drive automation and productivity improvement projects. -Conduct asset programming testing to verify the integrity and functionality of electronic components, such as resistors, capacitors, integrated circuits, and connectors.

What You Bring

-Experience: 5+ years in railway signaling product assembly and testing. -Practice 5S and continuous improvement in the factory environment. -Education: Diploma/BE in ECE/EEE/E&I -Familiarity with ISO, IRIS, SIL-4 compliance and factory audits. -Axle counter experience will be an added advantage. -Hands-on experience with Handling the measuring instruments -Expertise in ICT programming and PCB testing. -Knowledge in railway signaling product assembly and testing.
