Tasks

-Review and make comment on reports or designs. -Ensuring that all designs and documents are prepared to the highest standards. -Review completion certificates to complete the end to end process. -Coordination of work with all members of the design team to achieve project objectives. -Mentoring and development of junior and intermediate engineers in the team to enhance their skills and knowledge. -Conceptual design studies and reports to inform project decisions. -Create scope and estimates and assign large and small work to appropriate entity . -Project planning and management to ensure timely delivery and budget compliance. -Preparation of contract documentation and specifications to meet industry standards. -Compiling project reports to provide accurate and timely information. -Estimating and cost control on projects to maximize value for clients. -Designing and reviewing design work of intermediate and junior engineers to ensure high-quality deliverables.

What You Bring

-Proven track record of delivering projects on time and within budget. -Strong knowledge of IEC, IEEE, and national electrical regulations. -Technically excellent with in-depth knowledge of relevant industry standards and regulations. -Degree in Electrical Engineering or equivalent. -Highly motivated and proactive with a willingness to take on new challenges. -Experience in leading and supervising multi-disciplinary design teams. -Competent in electrical design software and technology. -Active travel -Chartered Engineer (CEng) or actively pursuing chartership
