Tasks

-Applying root cause analysis (RCA) processes -Facilitate or lead incident investigations -Participating in the engineering design review process -Participating in Incident Investigation, ensuring the end to end process is considered, (including job planning, preparation, and execution), when determining incident root cause(s) alongside appropriate corrective actions -Executing the key steps outlined within the Field Incident Management Process (FIMP). -Focusing on preventing failures during the lifecycle management of a product or service through active monitoring and corrective action planning -Ensuring compliance with Manage the Job Cycle (MtJC) process -Managing the FRACAS DMAIC stages -Developing and reporting key performance indicators as needed -Analyzing performance data and monitor performance -Facilitating or leading incident review and corrective action boards -Supporting new product development in all aspects relevant to reliability engineering, through direct liaison with engineering and the deploying region -Sharing lessons learned with the field population -Handling other product line specifics, responsibilities and special projects as required

What You Bring

-Have a maximum 1 year of experience in drilling services -Be able to communicate in English effectively. -Have excellent written and verbal communication skills also, Project Management Skills. -Have strong interpersonal, influencing and planning skills. -Have a Bachelor’s degree in science, technology, engineering or mathematics -Able to work in a global matrix organization -Have excellent analytical skills. -Able to understand of the Service Delivery process and the technical nature of the business
