Tasks

Integral to our post-sale process and our customers’ satisfaction, Window Nation’s Field Technician provides accurate project measurements and completes services to the relevant stakeholders. -Support pricing process by providing accurate measurements and assessments for labor/materials -Fulfill service appointment specifications -Maintain service parts inventory and equipment -Visit residential customer sites to measure each window, door, sliding glass door opening as needed -Maintaining a driving record that meets company’s insurance standards -Execute change order specifications -Anticipate roadblocks that could impact customer expectations, job costs and/or code performance; recommend solutions -Review installation project/process with customers -Complete service assessments; identify needed services, materials, and labor to relevant stakeholders -Ensure order meets required installation specifications; ensure comprehensive purchase order, including material and labor requirements

Candidates must be authorized to work in the United States on a permanent basis without the need for current or future visa sponsorship. -Customer-centric mindset -Knowledge of local permit/license/historical/HOA requirements -2+ years professional experience measuring replacement windows -Capability to navigate various applications on an iPad -Ability to use an extension ladder in a safe manner to measure windows and perform services -Must be able to pass EPA certification and follow EPA Regulations -2+ years professional experience installing/repairing windows, roofing, siding, and related home improvement projects -Ability to navigate a CRM system (i.e., SalesForce, Dynamics, Microsoft systems) -Ability to learn and stay proficient with all Window Nation products, install techniques, and service techniques. -Superior time and project management skills -Maintain a substantive knowledge of product, install techniques, and construction basics -Maintain proficiency to do all tasks of the position. -Valid Driver’s License -High School Diploma, GED, or equivalent -Proficiency with MS Word, MS Excel; experience with Customer Relationship management systems preferred
