Tasks
-Reviews Event Work Sheets to coordinate staffing requirements and prepares event staff schedules for the following week. -Oversee daily operations of the Post Event Shift (Night Shift after events), budgets, and team personnel. -Manage labor, supplies, equipment, etc. -Review service delivery and staffing reports to ensure identification of service and/or contract issues. -Assigns radios, keys, and equipment and completes sign in/out sheet. -Conducts walk-through inspections throughout the length of the shift to ensure that work is being completed properly and within budgeted hours. -Night shift responsibilities include any HR concerns, including hiring, interviewing, disciplinary actions, payroll, labor reports, inspection reports, safety reports, etc. -Completes labor reports to ensure all post-event labor is accounted for and signs in and out temporary labor to ensure completion of time sheets. -Allocate resources appropriately, maintaining appropriate inventories of equipment and supplies. Ensure all supplies, equipment, and labor are available to complete assigned tasks. -Address Client concerns. -Be informed about your work assignment. Know the locations of entrances, exits, restrooms, telephones, concession areas, security, first aid, guest services, ticket offices, etc. Know details on assigned events. -Organize, plan, schedule, and execute cleaning operations for Post Event Shift. -Conducts pre-event/post-event inspections of the facility. -Inspect arena seating and all suite areas to determine the employee deployment strategy. -Reports all accidents, injuries, incidents, maintenance, and safety concerns immediately.
