-Publicly listed in 2000, it expanded via strategic US acquisitions—Emco (2015), Comdel (2017) and Glassman (2018)—to broaden its high‑voltage and RF capabilities. -Manufacturing spans China, Vietnam and the US, supported by local engineering in North America, Europe and Asia. -Typical projects power semiconductor fabrication, industrial robotics and medical imaging equipment, often tailored for unique control interfaces. -Specialisms include AC‑DC and DC‑DC converters (0.25 W–700 W), high‑voltage modules up to 500 kV, and RF power systems. -Known for sticky customer relationships—once chosen, its converters often stay in equipment for life. -Standout fact: it absorbed Glassman for its high‑voltage expertise and shifted this production to Vietnam to optimize efficiency.
