-Produce full sets of construction documents, including plans, elevations, sections, and details. -Apply building codes and technical detailing to projects. -Support site planning, material selection, and cost estimating. -Coordinate with consultants and internal teams effectively. -Engage in light project management and client interactions as needed.

What You Bring

-Familiarity with AutoCAD and retail production. -Skilled in consultant coordination and applying building codes and standards. -Experience with high-volume retail rollout projects, with a preference for food & beverage. -Comfortable with supporting client interactions. -Clear communication skills for effective team collaboration and meeting deadlines. -Experience with drafting, construction drawings, and construction documentation. -Utilize Revit, AutoCAD, and other design tools proficiently. -Proficiency in producing detailed, code-compliant drawing sets using Revit. -Ability to lead junior staff and contribute to team coordination.
