Manage field operations, subcontractors and quality for NBN projects in ACT

Tasks

-Assist field technicians and provide coaching to improve performance, quality and end user customer experience -Deliver maintenance and customer activation services on the nbn® network across the ACT -Managing the progress of works at various sites in coordination with project staff, to meet client expectations within time constraints, budget, safety, environmental and quality -Daily supervision ensuring that technicians have appropriate tools, testing equipment and materials & skills to enable the completion of tasks -Weekly Quality Audits -Liaise with the Area Manager & field workforce to ensure all customer complaints are resolved in a timely manner -Use the latest technology & systems daily

What You Bring

-Technologically savvy -Tool of Trade vehicle -Excellent communication skills to resolve customer complaints -Strong time management skills and proven ability to coordinate and manage contractors -Supervisory experience in construction, ideally within the telecommunications sector (NBN highly desired)
