Tasks

You’ll ensure projects are delivered on time, meet client expectations, and maintain the highest quality standards. -Collaborate with India’s leading real estate developers and creative teams. -Plan and monitor project timelines, ensuring timely delivery. -Review deliverables before client submission to ensure accuracy and quality. -Represent archVi professionally in meetings, reviews, and client discussions. -Escalate potential risks or timeline challenges promptly. -Support project managers in executing multi-stage visualization and marketing campaigns. -Collaborate with vendors and ensure external deliverables are aligned with client needs. -Maintain consistent communication—share progress, updates, and address feedback proactively. -Serve as the primary point of contact for assigned clients. -Coordinate with internal teams (3D visualization, design, video production, marketing) for smooth execution. -Track progress and maintain documentation for each client account. -Identify potential upsell or cross-sell opportunities. -Build trust-based relationships that encourage repeat business. -Assist in identifying areas for process improvement and efficiency.

What You Bring

We’re seeking a Client Servicing Executive who will act as the vital link between our clients and internal creative, production, and visualization teams. Our platform empowers leading developers to present masterplans, towers, and unit-level experiences with unmatched clarity and engagement. This role requires excellent communication, organization, and coordination skills, along with the ability to handle multiple projects and nurture strong client relationships. We create immersive “phygital” experiences through 3D visualization, drone-based 360° mapping, branding, ad campaigns, and interactive communication design. Experience: 2-5 Years. 1. Client Management & Communication -Understand project briefs, client requirements, and deliverables clearly. -Highly organized, detail-oriented, and able to manage multiple clients simultaneously. -2–5 years of experience in Client Servicing / Account Management / Project Coordination, preferably in Real Estate, Architecture, Visualization, or Creative Agencies. -Self-motivated with a client-first attitude and strong problem-solving approach. -Strong understanding of project execution workflows (especially 3D renders, walkthroughs, design projects, or ad campaigns). -Excellent communication, presentation, and coordination skills. -Proficiency in MS Office, Google Workspace, CRM tools, and project trackers.
