-Manage all phases of construction: precon, execution, and closeout -Manage RFIs, submittals, meeting minutes, and documentation in Procore -Maintain client communication and represent the project from start to finish -Handle budgets, cost control, forecasting, billing, and change management -Oversee subcontractors, project teams, quality, safety, and daily site performance -Review plans, lead preconstruction meetings, build schedules, and coordinate logistics
