Tasks
Our process typically includes 2-3 conversations (phone and in-person) to ensure a mutual fit. As a Data Center + Mission Critical Superintendent, you’ll lead field operations for complex, high-stakes projects that require precision, coordination, and calm under pressure. You'll be a key member of our project leadership team from groundbreaking to closeout. -Oversee multiple projects and ensure all phases meet schedule, quality, and safety standards -Lead and coordinate high-voltage and shutdown meetings -Ensure timely completion of punch lists and successful project turnover -Proactively identify, troubleshoot, and resolve schedule or coordination issues -Facilitate pull planning/LPS system to ensure the quality of schedule and milestones -Provide consistent updates to project management and facilitate field-to-office communication -Facilitate weekly foreman meetings and maintain detailed jobsite records -Create a clean, organized, and welcoming environment on-site -Schedule field staff and ensure appropriate trade partner manpower to meet project milestones -Act as a hospitable point of contact for clients, design partners, trade partners, and internal teams -Communicate job expectations clearly to all field personnel and partners -Promote and enforce job site safety; rectify hazards promptly -Lead daily on-site construction activities for team members and trade partners -Foster a culture of mutual respect, accountability, and team excellence -Plan for and schedule materials, equipment, and inspections

What You Bring
MEP & Technical Expertise Drug screen and background check required. -Experience scheduling integrated teams using Primavera scheduling software -A humble, team-oriented approach and the ability to manage several tasks at once while keeping a cool head when things get tough -OSHA certification -Communication flows clearly between field and office -Ability to travel up to 100% -Proficiency with MEP systems, high-voltage coordination, and shutdown protocols -Must be currently legally authorized to work in the U.S. without sponsorship for employment visa status (e.g., H1B status, 0-1, TN, CPT, OPT, etc.). We are unable to sponsor or take over sponsorship of an employment Visa at this time. -Familiarity with EOS/Traction-led environments or similar entrepreneurial cultures -Proficiency with scheduling software, construction platforms like Procore, Google tools, Microsoft Office tools, and Apple devices -Understand the inspection and permitting processes in mission-critical environments -Interpret MEP design drawings and specifications with confidence -Confidence in reading plans, coordinating teams, and adapting to change -Strong knowledge of construction sequencing, trade scopes, and site logistics -Deep knowledge of safety protocols and permitting processes -Ability to maintain a satisfactory Motor Vehicle Record -Previous construction experience building Data Centers or Mission Critical Environments -5+ years of experience as a superintendent or General Foreman in commercial construction or MEP Construction
