-Have thorough knowledge and experience in developing and implement processes and workflows. -Work winning mentality: Demonstrated ability to consistently win work from key clients. -Relevant Tertiary qualification in Engineering, construction or project management -Have experience in delivering successful multi-discipline projects demonstrating Value creation, Risk mitigation and Internal and external cost-effectiveness. -Multidisciplinary technical Expertise: A strong track record of operating effectively in multidisciplinary environments and driving a broad spectrum of outcomes. -Relationship Building: The ability to maintain and nurture key client relationships. -Client Excellence: Exemplary communication, design leadership, and the ability to influence at the design table. -Be a concise and confident communicator and have the ability to drive change and influence outcomes.
