What You Bring

Tradesmen International is looking to expand its team of qualified trade professionals for current and future projects in and around Austin, TX. Most positions are first‑shift with a pay scale of $28‑$40 per hour based on experience and skill level. Welders who want to work alongside proven craftsmen who emphasize safety, productivity and superior workmanship are encouraged to apply. The role involves various welding techniques, including MIG, TIG, stick, structural welding, air‑arc, repair welding, pipe and mechanical welding, and flat/vertical carbon‑steel work.
