About the Role
The salesperson will be responsible for account development and territory development through existing account follow‑up, cold calling, prospecting, telemarketing lead follow‑up, target marketing and business development meetings. Sales activities include new and existing account development, site inspections, proposal deliveries, and material demonstrations. Sales calls deal directly with end‑users such as plant managers, plant engineers, and maintenance managers, with a primary focus on various commercial and industrial environments throughout the territory. • Develop and maintain accounts in the Virginia Mountain Region through cold calling, prospecting, and business development meetings. • Conduct site inspections, deliver proposals, and demonstrate roofing materials to end‑users such as plant managers and engineers. • Target commercial and industrial environments, managing territory growth and new account acquisition.

What You Bring
Candidates must have previous construction or industrial sales experience and 2–3 years of territory and account development experience. They should demonstrate solid qualifying and closing ability, a history of sales success, and the ability to work both independently and within a team. Strong time and territory management, motivation to develop new accounts, and excellent follow‑up skills are also required. • Required: 2–3 years territory/account development experience and background in construction or industrial sales. • Proven qualifying, closing ability and a track record of sales success. • Strong independent and team work skills with excellent time and territory management.
