About the Role
The role includes daily floor care—sweeping, mopping, and using commercial buffers—along with vacuuming and spot‑cleaning rugs, dusting furniture and fixtures, cleaning interior glass and windows, and maintaining restrooms with regular restocking of supplies. Additional duties involve monitoring building fixtures for problems, handling trash removal, and clearing snow or ice from entryways as directed, as well as periodic high‑dusting and polishing tasks. • Sweep, mop, and wash interior floors and surfaces using buffers and shampoo machines • Vacuum and spot‑clean rugs, performing deep shampooing as directed • Dust and clean furniture, fixtures, exhibit cases, pictures, door trim, and high‑reach areas • Wash interior glass, windowsills, and entrance door glass and trim • Clean and restock restrooms, including wiping glass, servicing dispensers, and scrubbing floors • Monitor and report issues such as clogged urinals or non‑functioning lights • Collect and dispose of building trash, replace liners per specifications • Snow‑shovel or sweep walkways and entrance steps as needed • Perform periodic tasks like high dusting, leather/wood polishing, and wall washing • Operate cleaning equipment, including backpack‑style portable vacuums • Maintain attention to detail, organization, high energy, and endurance

What You Bring

Benefits
The position offers an hourly wage of $12.33 to $14.50 and provides a comprehensive benefits package that may include health, vision, dental, flexible spending, health savings, retirement, life and disability insurance, as well as paid and unpaid time off.
