About the Role
• Develop and manage governance, communication, and control systems for service delivery. • Review and align organisational structures of all parties. • Monitor team performance and initiate safety or performance improvements. • Audit compliance with management system requirements and report findings. • Identify project risks and oversee mitigation actions. • Lead weekly technical and progress meetings. • Manage client stage‑gateway reviews and condition‑precedent approvals. • Ensure design stage deliverables meet schedule, quality, and fast‑track procurement requirements. • Conduct site visits to assess HSSE, logistics, and programme progress. • Produce formal progress reports against baselines, milestones and KPIs. • Prepare and deliver weekly, monthly and ad‑hoc reports and presentations for the employer’s representative. • Administer contracts to protect client interests. • Oversee timely invoicing and receipt processing per contract terms.

What You Bring
The Lead Project Manager position is based in Ras‑Al‑Khaimah and serves as the primary client interface, ensuring projects meet time, cost, quality, sustainability and safety targets. Candidates should have extensive experience in new‑build or refurbishment projects within the real estate sector and possess strong written and verbal communication skills. • Engineering, construction management or related degree. • 10‑15 years of project management experience, preferably in real estate. • Strong background in new‑build, refurbishment, extension or upgrade projects. • Experience working in the UAE is strongly preferred.
