About the Role
The Parts Sales Representative is a self‑starting professional who provides outstanding customer service, identifying replacement and warranty parts, managing inventory, and shipping parts from the San Antonio, Texas office. • Collaborate with the Outside Salesman to support multiple product lines for HTS Central Texas. • Apply mechanical HVAC knowledge to determine appropriate replacement parts and equipment. • Build and maintain strong customer relationships by meeting expectations. • Assist customers with part identification, quoting, and order processing to ensure satisfaction. • Fulfill sales orders: place orders with manufacturers, track shipping, and complete invoicing. • Keep warehouse and showroom inventory accurate and stocked with parts and supplies. • Communicate manufacturer updates and bulletins to customers. • Coordinate shipping and receiving of freight for parts department supplies and equipment. • Manage warranty administration for parts across all manufacturers. • Process freight claims for damaged goods. • Operate warehouse machinery and regularly lift up to 50 lb.

What You Bring
• Possess experience in HVAC, construction, or parts industry. • Demonstrate strong initiative and interpersonal communication skills. • Proficient in Microsoft Windows 7 Professional and Outlook.
